IT'S NICE OUTSIDE, 67 ON THE FRONT PORCH, 89 TO BE THE HIGH. NOTHING ON THE AGENDA TODAY. I TOOK AWAY TROUBLE'S POSSUM WHEN HE WASN'T LOOKING, MADE HIM SAD. DARLING WIFE WAS COMPLAINING ABOUT THE SMELL; I HADN'T NOTICED IT :-) WENT UP TO CHECK ON EX-YARDBOY'S PROGRESS ON HIS HOUSE AND RAN OUT OF GAS IN THE ARGO. FORTUNATELY HIS WIFE WAS THERE AND DROVE ME HOME TO GET SOME. CARELESS OF ME AND EMBARRASSING. THEY ARE LIVING ON SITE IN A TRAVEL TRAILER WHILE BUILDING. GOOD FOLKS! ENJOY YOUR DAY, AMIGOS! |

Today I am going out to look at some really fine corn fields...... I can think of nothing I would rather do.... ok there may be a few things.....
at least it is a bit cooler here now..... work progresses on the house.... should be about done by the end of the week.... it's a big house..... they are going a real bang up job... keep looking around Guru's..... |

Breezy and I expect to get more wind and rain as the hurricane passes to our west. West coast of Florida and points north getting ready for an impact in a couple of days. Hurricanes can be unnerving. My sister's families are in the cone. If nothing else Florida is on top of it's game when it comes to prep and recovery. That's what happens when you live in hurricane alley. |

Good afternoon, been kinda busy here, was expecting a guy in to discuss his trailer and instead a dude shows up with a Sierra, have a Chebby coming later. I have the Sierra ready to proof but I'll do that in the morning, don't want him to know I can do chit that fast. I'm ready to go home. The place we just left from Vaca is a direct hit for the hurricane, mandatory evacuations started yesterday. One way in, one way out, feel sorry for those folks.
