well after 3 years of ownership on my 84, i have found her a buyer, and she left last night, its been one hell of a run with the old girl, and i will miss her very much, but its time to move on to bigger and better things

my 84 had some oil consumption issues, other than that she treated me right, my only complaint was the use of the torx bolts to hold the top on

Oil consumption or drips??

And what was the deal with the Torx bolts? I've used mine a few times so I an not sure what happens with extended use.

it had some drips, and some burning... and the complaint i had with the torx is that they used them, and couldn't find any other better way of holding to top on... i mean C5, and C6 have a quick release on the targa tops

for some weird reason i really like white corvettes as opposed to red.... i guess its because there are soo many red corvettes out there... just something a little different... i'm just waiting for the weather to get better so i can go, and cruise her
