Good Morning Gurus!

Damn, it's July! Where did June go?

Well, I went for my walkies again this morning. Back on track. Although getting in and out of C4s all day on Saturday was a little bit of a workout. And trying not to be thrown around the cabin of my Amigo on Sunday was also somewhat physical...

I'm at 3,700 steps so far. My best day last week was 5,077 steps. Way better than my usual, but still really pathetic, from a fitness standpoint. My goal for today is 5,200.

Not much happening at the office today. Everybody has their eyes on the three day weekend, I guess. Works for me. I've got my eyes on a ten day weekend, so I've got no desire to get anything done.

So, how's your Tuesday looking?

Well, interesting already. Baby just puked all over my wife. Awesome. Lol - at least it was on her, and not me (this time). Other than that I have to cut the grass and go back to the dentist today. At least I'll drive the vette there. No other plans for the day. It's my rest day for my workouts, so I get to relax, then back to the grind tomorrow.

Oh! Happy Canada Day, eh!

Houseful of family coming for the weekend. Cut the grass (again) clean the pool (again) clean up the house a little (again) and try to wash my pride and joys (again). I live this same day over and over (again).
