Good morning CGs,
HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY! Hope everyone is all geared up for the holiday. Anyone have big plans? We are heading over to a family member's house for a little BBQ. We also have a BBQ tomorrow at a different relatives house, but all the same people will be there...hmmmm.... Hope everyone has a great weekend. I took yesterday off to play golf - really nice day, miserable round. Today we're going to a friend's lake place for a party with live music, great food and company, should be a good time. Hope everyone has a fun and safe day!

Good Morning Gurus!
Got up at my usual "get ready for work" time and went out walking. I actually ate something, and hydrated BEFORE my walk. Got 4.6 miles before I got a little dehydrated. Wasn't tired though. In fact I felt REALLY good! Hyper, even. Like I wanted to punch somebody. A little scary! Have a festive and reasonably safe holiday! |

Happy 4th!!!! Grilling out tomorrow. :D Hot dogs, burgers..all the usual. Family and friends coming over. I don't see how you guys actually enjoy drinking beer.
