Thats the funniest part of the movie! WHat a great flick, too bad they dont treat Soldiers like that through basic any more. The quality of Soliders would be much better if they did but the only downfall would be no one would want to join.

The military today still puts out some top notch killing machines but the standards are a little different. Technology has altered the way we do business nowadays but the need is still there for some behind the scenes enemy military modification and elimination. To bad for us that we don't fight wars to win by any means necessary. We need to reinstitute a War Department.

You have nailed it. We don't fight wars to win at all costs. If you're going to get into a war, by implication that is the only way to fight. Anything less is asking for a loss.
