Yesterday I replaced the plug wires on the 383 with Taylors, removed the decals from the 90 and recharged the A/C. Found some rat shit up on the valve covers of the 383. I hate fuggin rats. Where are all the damn snakes?
Today I washed the exteriors and detailed the interiors of the 90,91 and 83 911. Vacuumed up the rat shit. Washed and treated the vert top of the 91 with Ragg Topp. Started around 9:00 AM and finished around 4:00 PM. I'm done, through, finished. It's got to be over 90 degrees outside and I've been pouring sweat all day. Does that count as a work out? |

I just mowing my backyard for the first time in months... 4 hours later the 150 gallon trashcan is full of grass and weeds. I'm spent.
When it cools off later I'll head back out and put new pads on my car and clean out the caliper pistons. This 84 degree heat is hell. |

Slacker... I bet the humidity was a nice bonus for you!
After the failed antenna install this morning, I decided to celebrate with about 6 hours of Playstation 3. Made only slightly more progress there. |

I am #2 on the yard work. Just got done. Pulled grass out of the cracks of the drive way and edged a bit (by hand) then swept up (a ton of sand) raked, put some sticks out for pick up and threw some stuff away. I got 4 yard bags full, and 1 44 gallon can full. I feel dead but the shower felt good.

Sounds like you had a fruitful day!
I guess I should go out and cut the lawn, but I just got back from the beach a little while ago and I'm sitting here watching "101 Cars You must Drive" on Speed Channel. Here is a little bit of my weekend. |

I have to cut the grass tomorrow. It's been 2 weeks again. Amazing how quickly it seems to go when yardwork is involved. I still have to restring the weed whacker, which is a pain in the butt. As far as cleaning the vette...yeah, maybe next summer....
Matthew CC - do they still allow gas mowers in Kalifornia? Just wondering. |

Oh come on, restringing the weedwacker takes like 30 seconds.
They still allow gas. These things are actually certified by carb. I'm sure pretty soon we'll have to pay taxes and haul them to a testing station annually so we can get a reflective sticker put on them. Electric mowers and wackers suck, too heavy. |
