Hmmmm...

So does one dude get enough momentum going down to get back up some of those inclines? Guess so.

Looks a bit strenuous for the ankles. And falling would suck.

I believe that's one of those aero suits they wear for high speed skiing. The red bottom is probably just part of the suit's design.
