Musta been a redneck doctor, too - he ran out of sewing thread so he had to go in the garage and get the stapler. Ouch.

I noticed the new mini-images above the forums...I like them. Do you plan on getting more pics for the other generations? Anyone else notice?

Besides, the polish from last week's mani/pedi combo still looks fresh.

Fixed it for ya! (yeah, I can play that game, too!)

Good afternoon CGs!

Not a whole lot going on. Got in a quick nap today and I'm ready for the weekend! At the in laws right now hanging out, they love to see the baby. Hand is feeling better, but I wanted to do some brakes and other miscellaneous things, but I don't know if I'll get to it or not. My mom and dad are coming in from out of town, so maybe he'd like to help me with it. One of those father son bonding moments. Almost like a hallmark card.

Hope everyone has a great day, and bring on the weekend!

Matthew

PS - Chris, good luck with everything!

Good morning CGs!

Well, my hand is feeling better than I thought, so I can type out a few sentences.

Humpday for most, it's my Friday tonight. I am excited for the weekend. My folks are driving in from Detroit to visit us (read: see the baby and not care about their dear son). It's always nice to see them after it's been a month or two. Funny how people grow up and move away. I'm the only person from my family out here. My sister lives in Brooklyn, my folks back in Detroit, and the rest of my extended family in several states. Oh well.

Other than that I have to cut the grass tomorrow and go to the dry cleaners.

Anyone else have exciting things going on?

Hope everyone has a great day!

Good morning CGs!

How is the week so far? Sorry I missed chat yesterday, been busy. Unfortunately I prolly won't be able to do it this week. I cut my hand accidentally and had to get a few stitches, so it hurts a little to type. I should be good in a couple days. I am turning over my duties to Chris and John.

Other than that hope everyone has a great day!

If I recall correctly there is a drain tube that can get clogged. I'd check for that. If you find it clean it out with compressed air or a straightened coat hanger.
I'm sorry I can't tell you exactly where it is right now. Someone should chime in.

If you part it out, I'm interested in the climate control if it's C68/electronic.

Good luck with whatever you decide. But you can always find someone to buy a $4500 running vette. IMHO.

I stopped counting birthdays once I hit 21. After that there weren't any more legal "milestones". My wife still counts my bdays and tries to make me feel old, but I don't care. I'm sure once I turn 30 in two years we'll have a party, but it doesn't mean much to me.

Haha...Andy's favorite place for self assembled furniture

We have a few things from IKEA, but our bedroom set was *not*. Our bedroom furniture is top quality, it actually came from California. We ordered from a website called bedroomfurnituredirect.com - had the best price and shipped right to us and installed it. It took about 5-6 weeks, but it was worth it for how much we saved.

Good morning CGs!

Welcome to August! Gosh, does the time seem to fly, doesn't it. Seems like just yesterday it was July...

Well, I'm sitting here with the rugrat on my lap trying to type. She's being pretty cooperative for the most part. A little fussy, but not too bad. Wifey went out to run some errands and get her nails done. Hey, whatever keeps her happy.

I planned on playing with the vette a little today, but I'm not sure how the schedule will work out. I've been slacking lately and haven't really done anything with it for the past 2 weeks. Oh well, life gets that way sometimes.

Anyone have big plans for the weekend? Hope everyone has a great day!

That sucks big time. Getting a new kitchen under those circumstances isn't even worth it. Just tell your insurance company to get it done, and they can fight over who pays for it later. That's their job and that's what you pay premiums for.

Matthew

PS - post some pics when it's done! Ha!

That's what I'm talkin about.

Somehow I feel I was misquoted LOL.

Chris - yeah, still doing it, but my eating has been crappy lately. Been busy with the work schedule and the baby, so my diet suffers. Workouts are coming along though. Notice a lot more definition in some of the muscles that get neglected from just regular lifting. I'm almost at the 60 day mark. It's a 90 day program, and I'm ready for it to be over, lol. I want to start lifting heavy again and I can't do that until I finish the program. But there will be some good results by the end. Other than that I read about your weight loss. Congrats on that and keep it up. Throwing the weight training in there 2 days a week will make the losses even greater! Let me know if you have any other questions.

Great comedian. I've always liked his stuff.

Good morning CGs!

Seems like everyone was up and about well before me today. I went yesterday afternoon with my buddy and a couple other guys jetskiing. Water was at least 85 degrees and air temps were great. Took out the tube and had fun with that, too. After that we went to a local bar/restaurant for some dinner and just chilled out for a while. Great way to spend an afternoon, but I didn't get home until about 11:30 and I was whipped.

Don't know what the plans are for today. I know that the wife and I are having a little "date" and going to see a movie later. We'll drop the rugrat off at grandma's house and we're free and clear for a couple of hours.

Hope everyone has a great day!

They are multecs, AFAIK, but not the same as the crappy multecs in the 89-91 (like I have). The design is different and they can be cleaned. Talk to Jon at FIC. Although I have no personal experience with him, he has never had anything but positive reviews.

Well, I'm happy for you that the Z is sold, but I don't think you'll be going anywhere You can't get away from this place - it's like a black hole that sucks you back in. Besides, who am I going to send my heads to in like 3 years when I finally get around to taking them off for the port job

Well, I'm disappointed that no one even guessed. Sheesh. I guess my movie trivia isn't as fun for people as I thought it would be. Now the answer is pointless since no one even cares....

This might help:

Matthew

Great movie - Team America: World Police - from the same guys that made South Park, Matt Parker and Trey Stone.

How to tell if he's a terrorist:

Does the "clock" on his desk look like this?
