Hey Andy, we'd love for you to take your C4 in this general direction. We thought this was such a classy project. Shame I didn't snap a pic of the X-box 360 and controller painted to match the chipped and scratched exterior paint color.
Bogus...PLEASE perform these mods. Heck, even the flat Rustolium paint on the rims was top notch. LOL |

Yeah, it was very uncomfortable. I kind of felt bad for the guy. He really liked what he had done however. Not my cup of tea. Maybe we could pick it up cheap for Ryan Reed! |

HAHA! You'll have to let him know you have found the car for him!! From being at a few show with you, I know you graciously handled the situation. You have to respect the work involved, but I agree, not my ideal modification list. |

Seriously, There are far worse than that. A new set of wheels and keep everything buttoned up it wouldn't look half bad.

The lambo doors are a curiosity... they would cut down on door related dings in narrow parking spaces. I see some practical aspect of their existance... the problem is that most see them as "bling."
The wheels? When my old sawblades lost their clear coat, and I was broke, a rattle can of gloss black actually helped. I have to ask, tho, if he had taken the $$ from the doors and the xbox, he could have had a great paint job. |

Upon inspection, the doors were very rickety and didn't seem they would hold up well unless babied constantly. Also, they make it 'harder' to get in and out because they actually block so much of the opening. We all know that falling into the C4 is the easiest way to get in and the doors just don't make that easier. I can understand painting wheels cheap, but he didn't even PREP the wheels properly. Just sprayed. He should have stripped all the old clear off, cleaned, maybe even sanded, and they sprayed, and then re-cleared. Easily a $20 job including all materials and hand labor. But no, it looks like he sprayed right over the peeling coating. I don't mind Lambo doors if they are well done and improve the car in some way. In this case...they hurt it. |

You see, I did mine right... it's the same 20.00 in materials, except $5.00 is in sand paper and cleaners.

Was that the guy that posted here a few months back about his cool new lambo door kit?
CC was all over him...actually, everyone was except Andy. |

yea, cause I see the upside to them... not that I would do them... better things to spend money on.
However, the idea of more room to move is good, but DB makes a good point, they more than likely block the door portal... damn... |

The guy that had them was able to get in and out pretty easy as he was skinny and short. I'm '6"4 and 235 so there's no way I'm getting out of the bling machine!
