Few months ago I had a post asking about the differences between an 84 and 94 and what problems I would have using parts from the 94 to restore an 84. I bought an 86 convertible with a clean title for cheap. Replaced the front shock mounts, nothched the front frame rail so the LT1 cats will fit, replaced the firewall and dash, modified the tunnel for the manual 6sp, modified the kick panels for the front bose speakers, modified the rear tub so the newer style ABS would fit, still need to cut some holes in the rear frame so the shocks will bolt on. Repaired some holes in the rear deck, sanded, primed and painted, Steel Blue Metallic.

Great work, man! It's gonna be a beauty - steel blue is one of my favorite colors on this car.
