As far as whether or not that particular video is true or not, I don't know. But homemade explosives do exist, and they have for years and years. Who doesn't remember "The Anarchist's Cookbook"? Hell most of these weirdos were taught by our own military.

I had a good friend, in my longer days, whose dad was a deputy sheriff. He had the "The Anarchist's Cookbook" laying around. We read thru it and I couldn't believe something like that was ever published. Freedom of the press, sure, but I didn't need to know twenty different ways to hang someone. Yikes !!
