flyboy painting inside the headlight buckets

The headlight covers/buckets had a half-a**ed coat of body color paint on them that didn't go well with my engine compartment color theme (black and silver). Now they match the inside of the hood.
Also, "gun blue" is a good alternative to black paint for screw heads.

Wow looks good! I've never noticed that before because I have a black car...but from you pointing it out now I'll see it everywhere!

Also, gun blue seems like a good choice. It penetrates the metal and soaks in there, for anyone who doesn't know. And it's really more of a blue-black than a bright blue. It is used for the finish on firearms, hence the name.
