Great song !

What I've encountered is machine work has doubled, but many want to do their own assembly work. Cant really blame people , so long as they are qualified to do so .... Cutting corners don't work :/

A recession is just like a garage sale if you have the cash....
It is a buyers market and new or used if its a toy there is a good chance you are going to get a deal.....

Look at sales on the C5 back in the late 90's to 2005....they couldn't make them fast enough.....now I am seeing new ZR1 2010's still for sale and 11's and 12's. I don't understand why Chevy keeps pumping them out....Overall Vette sales are half or 1/3 of what they were 10 years ago.

Economy will have to change and or they have to hit a home run on the C7......also the Boomers are moving on and they bought a bunch of them then and are still responsible for buying 87% of new Vette sales..........that's what I'm thinking....

Anything since 1990 is dropping like a rock.

1985-1990 is holding its own.

1975-1984 is showing marginal increases, depending on year, or holding their own.

pre 1973 is either holding or, if blue chip, going up. Perfect is still worth perfect money... but only perfect.

L88, L71, 4sp, Fuelies, those are still worth money. C1s have taken a hit across the board.

Only because it already dropped 2-3 years ago to dirt cheap, and there's no where else to go!

Bill - that's been a truism for eons... As soon as it gets the name "Corvette" some owners want to think their 1980 305 automatic is worth as much as a 1967 L88.

They are also morons with delusions of grandeur.

Well, the '08 Z06 with 34k mi. on a dealers lot for 6 months just dropped from $53k to $43k. I figure I can pick it up for 20 in 3 years.
