I am trying to think of things which I know there has been....as far as cars are concerned I bought a 79 Camaro Z28 one time.....white with blue interior and decals all over it......thought I was cool.....got beat by an old crew cab 454 chevy pickup truck with 4 guys in it and a bunch of stuff in the back and ladders strapped on to the racks....
We were in Kansas and had open roads and the pickup just walked away at top end...much to the delight of all the guys in the truck....got back and sold the stupid car the next week and bought a 79 L82 4speed Corvette and never looked back.....a car can't embarras me..... |
