Actually it is a lake, can't show it all in the picture. Yes, we also have a little lake house on the bank of the lake. I really need a four wheel ATV to get up and down to the lake, very steep.

A lake....even better. Since it's so steep, maybe you can build a railroad tie or landscape style staircase down there.

Actually there is a railroad tie walk down to the lake, but it is all overgrown and mostly neglected. I am more concerned about getting my ATV path cut first.

Here is another picture, this time inside. It shows about half of the living room as the fireplace is actually in the center of the room. Then downstairs there is another room the same size for my man cave, even has a wet bar down there.
