All the BS, all the arguing.....
Life has been good here because we are comfortable with each other. Once that comfort is disrupted, the crap starts again.

When a noob comes on and forgets this rule, poop flys!

When someone dis's a helpful post, same response.

All that we need to remember is to show some respect for our fellow man.

All that we need to remember is to show some respect for our fellow man.

Most of us know each other here. Or we know someone that knows someone.

That is the huge difference.

You keep that core group acting like a community and any nOOb trying to be disruptive will stick out.

You look over at the Tech area. Coaster and myself went back and forth about Water and purity....but none of it mattered as we are friends that support each other.

All was good and ideas and knowledge were exchanged.

I am concerned that any newb will have a hard time breaking into this community.

We must be open to new people and invite them in, period.

You missed the Key phrase.

...nOOb trying to be disruptive....

a noob trying to be disruptive will stick out in a group of respectful members.

Sure, noobs are welcome to join our group as far as I am concerned. But to join is to be apart of our group of friends..and a friend is a behavior one practices toward another.

CFI can set you straight in a harsh way...if he didn't care for you, He wouldn't reply at all
