Just got off the dyno with my new 434.
722HP @ 7000 RPM 585TQ @ 5900 RPM I made one pull where it made 727HP but after some retuning for a better average power across the RPM range it lost a few peak horses. We went down 2 numbers on the jets and moved the ignition advance from 36* to 38* and finally best average power came with 40*. I had a slight issue to start the day and lost a few hrs tuning time fixing it so we didn't have time to make any "hero pulls". The AF is super safe at 11.9 to 12.0 in the real RPM band. These numbers are with my QFT950 carb using VP NO2 fuel. I did make one pull with my brothers C&S Aerosol Billet dominator but it was pig rich pulling 10.0 AF and made 712HP but like I said we just didn't have the time to really tune it in and make the hero pulls I wanted. Have video and dyno sheets I will post up when I get home Monday. It's a bad man and I can't wait to crack open the nitrous..... Will |
