Up and at 'em early. Have to get up early to beat Gris to the punch. More rain this morning....surprise. sure would be nice to get a few days of sun before the real cold starts. We'll see what happens. Hope everyone has a great day! |

GRIS IS PUNCH-DRUNK THIS MORNING. SPENT SIX HOURS IN THE "EMERGENCY" ROOM WITH DARLING WIFE LAST NIGHT. SUSPECTED COMPLICATIONS FROM THE MONDAY KNEE SHOT. FORTUNATELY FALSE ALARM, GOOD THING IT WAS NOT AN EMERGENCY. I DO SO HATE DEALING WITH THE MEDICAL ESTABLISHMENT, WORSE THAN TEE HATES PLUMBING :-| I CAME HOME AT 0300, GOT CALLED BACK AT 0500 TO BRING HER HOME. GOT TWO MORE HOURS SLEEP AND TOOK THE TOMATO IN TO HAVE GAS GAGE SENDING UNIT REPLACED. I'M READY FOR A LOOONNNNG NAP. WAS SUPPOSED TO GO TO A FUNERAL AT 1400 HR TODAY---THAT AIN'T GONNA HAPPEN. |

I told Sue I wasn't feeling at my best. She ignored it as usual. I could tell her I think I might be dieing and I truly believe she would ask me if I could do one more thing before I go. Maybe even two more things. |

Hey guys, Glad to hear DW is OK, Gris.
I've felt worn down all day too...I think it was result of the Covid booster. Achy, super tired, low grade headache and fever. It wasn't windy today, so I went over to my friends place and we got two of the gables resided. This evening we worked on GSs pickup, tried to fix the seat, so did a little upholstery. Front wheel bearing too. |
