Hard to believe it's the end of the month already.

Weather cooled off here a bit. It's pleasant now

RR#1 arrived at band camp yesterday. She's got a week of marching and playing in store and she couldn't be happier.

GOT THE CARS SWITCHED, HARVEY UP, DOG IS FED, I'M FED. STILL HAVE GUNSHOW IMPEDIDA TO PUT AWAY. THAT'S INDOOR, SO NO HURRY. A COUPLE OF THINGS TO DO OUTSIDE WHILE IT'S NOT SO HOT.

NOT BAD FOR A MONDAY---

...as the saga of the rear window in my Duramax moves forward I was able to get an OEM from GM for cost...which was still $890 wid tax.... ok its a power sliding rear glass tinted one.... camping accident broke out one side of the window.... it's a don't ask don't tell type thing.... ya.... found a glass shop in a village to the north that will put it in for $162 bucks.... so I may be out of this for just around a Grand...

Flushing the home water system today, sprayed the driveway for weeds. Going to suck out some algae from the Koi pond. Basically just another day of fun. I kind of figured out why I like working and gambling. It keep my mind occupied and not thinking about At night I'm tired enough and watching the idiot box keeps my mind busy. Right now we are into season one of Suits. Long way to go on that series. 8 seasons and 134 episodes. That will take over 3 months to get through I'm thinking. Earlier this year we watched Game of Thrones. Never watched them when they came out so it was/is all new to us.

busy day at work, ran myself ragged. Folks must know Im bout to be out of town for a week. Had a 2500 Ram quad, 10" lift with camper shell show up today of course had to measure it in horrid heat and humidity. I hate that crap, first thing in the morning and need another shower and nowhere near home so just stuck like that. Cousin across town had a tree randomly fall, jerked power box off the house, electric company shuts power off for "safety" and here it's almost 100 out, they're both disabled, nowhere to go, no money, they've not got their checks yet. Aunt works but cousin's son robbed them blind cause he's on dope. And somehow I end up in the middle of that crisis. Always do when they have a crisis, but when I have one, they're nowhere. Plants are all watered, food is made, Arron is still working and I'm bout to go to bed.
