Warm to hot. Mid 80's and sunny. Replaced two golf cart tires on her golf carts this morning. paid a bill. Had ordered a Silverado part off of ebay from a company that a 99.5 positive rating out of West Palm Beach. Today I looked them up and YELP and GOOGLE reviews hammered them. Feeling a little uneasy. Hope the ebay reviews are more in line. There is over $1500 on the line. Live long and prosper. Go forth and multiply.

it is good to look forward to your therapy lessons ....
Kinda sunny kinda cloudy.... was 7 degrees this morning... not good outdoor weather.... working in the office and it is time for lunch.... Well at least you could go pound on their door if you had to Tommy... I used C&S Corvettes for C5 parts and was impressed with them. get some lunch Guru's |

good afternoon, very cold here, dreary and was sleeting earlier. Sick of this sh*t. I seem to be caught up at work, so kinda cruising this afternoon. Yesterday was nuts. Boxing was nuts last night too, we ended up with 7 in the ring and took turns "curling" the wrecking ball bag 10 times each twice, then three rounds of slamming a 25lb med ball at one another, whoever dropped it was out. I caught one wrong and ended up pulling some tiny muscle in the bottom center of my booty cheek, some muscle I didn't even now I had therefore am walking a bit funny today. Bending hurts cause of it. I hope it's gone tomorrow I got crap to do

Hey guys, had visit with holistic doc today. Making some changes to my supplements. Says I need to lose about 15-20 lbs....yea, I knew that.
"Moonlight Madness" downtown tonight. Our bank is having a soup supper and most all businesses will be open. We'll visit most and make sure GGD gets to see Santa. |
