The passenger side window on my 90 goes up at a bit of an angle. When it reaches the top I need to pull it to the side for it to go up all the way. Also if the door is open the window goes to far up. Easy fix?

Yeah, lower the front and rear stops to level it out and limit the upward travel before you break it when you shut the door. The front on mine is a little sharp L bracket on a single 10mm bolt, the rear uses a bracket with two bolts.
If it's hanging too far into the car you'll need to adjust the felt pads outward. have someone push on the window while you tighten them. Easier to do it with the glass up. |

If the felt pads need to be tightened, it may be a sign they are worn out.

I took a look at it the other day and only found the adjustment for the height. I looked in my FSM and found the section on adjusting the window, but its extremely vague. It only shows one diagram with a stop, but its blown up so I have no idea where it is. Does anyone happen to have a picture of where they are?
Also my window seems very loose. There is alot of play when I wiggle it with one hand. Could that be from the stops? |

The three bolts that hold it on the regulator may be coming loose.
Did you change the regulator ? |

Once you take the door panel off, especially the inner aluminum panel it'll be more clear.
Check the tech library for photos of the door guts. http://www.corvette-guru.com/modules/ ... ection/item.php?itemid=25 |

I am wondering if the regulator itself is failing. It has these nylon bushings in it that might be weak...

Thanks everyone, I think I fixed it. The window wasn't grabbing properly in the metal hook thing. I also needed to adjust the window stoper. Thanks again!
