From what I understand, head flow has far less impact on forced induction engines, so I would not expect any significant gains as a result. What do you plan to run for boost?

Guru 62 Posts Member since: 2008/10/21 2:00	Low 9:1 SCR works well in blower applications. You should remember that the lower the SCR, the "lazier" it will feel when not under boost. Most people who add blowers to street cars have no "real" boost until above 3500-4000 RPM. 8:1 with a street blower set-up would make for a real "dog" on the street. I run 9.4:1, but have 8 lbs boost coming in under 3000RPM and 15 psi in by 4000RPM. Aaron

The reason I mention it is Greg Caroll of Caroll Supercharging, Blowerworks, is tuning my car. He said at one point "we have to put a blower in here when we're done"....1/2 joking....I said, no problem, again 1/2 joking. I am confident Greg could set it up, however, in the scheme of spending money, I'd rather have brakes first, which will require rims. But I will admit, it has been in the back of my mind.. I asked Musi to over build the bottom end, he says good to 1000 HP. But like I said, budgetary considerations will prevent me from doing such, for now.
