Good Morning CGs!

Well, it's the beginning of my weekend, so I have some chores to do the next couple days. I have to cut the grass, move a bunch of river rock out from the old deck area so we can prepare the area for concrete, rear brakes on the Xterra, clean the IAC on the vette, a few other odds and ends here and there. I feel like Tommy who's retired

So I tried a new workout yesterday that I've been wanting to try for a long time. Kettle bells. A couple buddies were doing it, so I jumped in with them. I really liked the workout. It was just a quick one they were doing but it was pretty tough, and I'm a fit guy. I'd like to do more, but I don't have the ceiling height at home in the basement. I might just do it once or twice a week with these guys to shake things up a bit. Plus, the weights are expensive considering I already have an entire gym

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

Greetings! Two more days until we head out to Colorado. Haven't yet figured out what I'm going to forget.

Anybody watch the golf tournament yesterday? Here's a highlight:

The Twins suck - gave up 35 runs in 3 games. If we weren't in such a crappy division, it would be all over but the shouting.

Have a great day, everyone!

Matt, I need to start working out, I just can't make myself start. Brad, have a great trip, Loveland is very nice. Yea the Twins are right up there with my Royals. We have 6 days before we get to head for Colorado, looking forward to it, but that also means that school starts right after I get back. Back to the grind.

Good Morning Gurus!

Been cleaning the house this morning. And while I was I realized something...

I like mostly sad songs. Why because in sad songs you will always get motivational lines in every song.

I also like mind games. Anyone else like mind games?

Enjoy the week ahead, brothers and sisters!

I've been busy and liking it. I'm tired when I get home. I'm sleeping good. No boredom, no naps. But unfortunately, once again I don't have enough free time to play with my toys. ................... No, not them toys ... smart azz ... (beat Matt to the punch)
