Good Morning CGs!

Well it's a chilly one here today again! I'm gonna head to HD today and pick up some of the window plastic film because it's too cold in a couple of the rooms. I've used that stuff in the past and it really cuts down on the drafts.

Well, my one month mini-diet is officially over today! Ha. I slacked the past couple days with eating, but workouts were still good. Overall progress: Day 1 194.4 lbs app 18-19% BF, today 186.8 app 16-17% BF. Bicep/chest size stayed the same so I'm happy about that. Often times with cutting you'll lose size. The numbers are a little misleading. I was usually around 192 before I started the diet, but had put on a couple lbs in the few weeks before I started the diet. BF% is measured with a caliper, which is about as accurate as you can get at home. I've tried the electronic gizmo BF meters in the past and didn't think they were accurate. I guess the new ones are much better. Best way is the water tank test...good luck finding that. But the clothing fits better and I could see a noticeable result in my abs, so I'm happy overall.

Inspiration for anyone???

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

Howdy gurus! Glad it's hump day, and the temps are finally going to have 2 digits in them again.

Matt, you reminded me I need to weigh myself again - I've been trying to keep track every so often now that I've been off the regular cigs for over a month. So far I haven't seen a change, which is good. Congrats on your progress!

hm... skinny runt...

I am freezing my ass off in Paris... it's cold here!!! right about 30F... and it is supposed to snow tonite.

I am wrapping up a 2 week work trip to Europe. Travel back Friday. Can't wait to get home! Next week, we head to FL for Christmas for a few days.

Paris is a simply beautiful place. The food is to die for... The city is a world treasure. I know people don't like the French politics, but the city is a historical treasure and most people are very nice. It is a place that everyone should see... I will post some pics over the weekend.

We are going into the city tonight. It is even more lovely at night!

Matthew, Daily Chat????? How am I supposed to know what day it is now?

I usually start my day here, check to see what day it is and then make a game plan.

Morning Gurus.....it's pretty cool here to start off 19*, but is going to warm up into the upper 40's today. I haven't stepped on a scale since my last Dr. visit, don't want to. I've never been to Europe, I'd like to some day. Awaiting the pictures, Andy.

Morning all.
That diet would be a good plan except for the fact that today is my last day at the office along with one more coworker, so everyone here brings food. They will use any excuse to make you fat! I've had chocolate, homemade jam, you name it left on my desk as parting/Christmas gifts, as well as the cakes, chip and dip, piggies in a blanket and all the other food up by the coffee pot!
Think I'll start my diet Friday
