What the hell's a memorandum title?
I remember I had a title. The DMV sent me a memo that I had a title? I got busted for drugs and the cops have the real title?   |

In Ohio, if you have a lein on the car, you get a memorandum title.
It says the car is in your name, and identifies the lein holder. |

I look on Craig's List a lot in the tool section. Never looked at cars until today, there's some strange people selling cars there.

New red leather interior. Asking $19.999 Or Best Offer Errrr, how did a car get that messed up in 68k???? |
