Both could be power, neither could be.

However, if they are, they should move fore/aft and up down with little more than an electric motor whine....

Yea, Pizza.
Sittin here eating my first try at deep dish. The recipe's just like Giordano's, one of Chicago's top 3.

A layer of Provolone, 1/2 in of Mozzarella, italian sausage, pepperoni and crushed tomatoes.

Welcome back T.

Yea, I took one of those acid pills beforehand.

Then, like a dumbass, ate half the damn thing.

Oh well, I didn't want a good night's sleep anyway.

Thanks for the return welcome. The ship had all kinds of pizza and you could even request your own concoction. I made it a point to stop by for a slice or two on more than one occassion. Mostly ate just plain old pepperoni. (Insert missing smiley eating pizza here)

What was the cook time? I've watched one of the shows on the Food Network, and I think they were at that place.

Typically a full 45 minutes..... some places will even tell you when you walk-in that its best to give your Pizza order right away due to the time, then they'll come back for your appetizer and drink order.

Some of them are really good..... I'm partial to Lou Malnati's. But, I haven't had a bad pie in Chicago.

I did this one 40 min. You have to get the sausage on the bottom cooked thru.

I think FN was there too. When I started trying to come up with a good pizza crust for New York style, I tried every recipe on FN for the crust, Emmeral, Alton, all of them. Their crusts sucked.

I have workrd on a New York for the last year and It's gotten really good.

This was my first Chicago and it came out well.

Beech, I have Lou's recipe on my computer .

If anyone wants these or the New York style let me know.
