So when I was at the dealership today, my buddy said "no don't get the cube, you need to look at the juke". Now, I had seen the commercials and thought - holy crap that's ugly. The pictures of it are, too. But when I saw it in person it looks totally different. I don't know how, but it does. Almost aggressive for a little suv. Comes in awd and gets good gas mileage, 1.6L turbo. Color I saw was gray gunmetal....very nice color. Unfortunately, since it's new, the used inventory is limited and it costs a few dollars more than the cube. Wife is already pissed about the mere mention of it. That makes it even more enticing

It's gotten mixed reviews, all over the spectrum.

Guess you could put a bag over your head while you drive it. See if the neighbor will let you park it in his driveway. Guess it'll be the "Aztec" of the new decade.

Go buy a Chevy Equinox with AWD and some basic towing capacity and 28-30mpg

I like all new cars... they are nifty and cool, but they soon become used cars. I bought a Toyota Matrix on a whim three or four rears ago because I wanted good gas mileage. After six months I hated that car and didn't care what it took to get rid of it. I traded it at a loss when we bought the Malibu just to get rid of a tin can.

I don't think I'd pull that trigger. Really it boils down to what you like. It shouldn't matter what we think. Thanks for askin' though.

Just found out it needs premium gas. Well that kind of screws with any savings for gas mileage, huh?

Lol...I don't mind. I won't be getting one any time soon. The plan now is to just hold out a little longer. Maybe next year I'll trade it in, but for now I think we'll stick with no car payment.

I am a fan of non-mainstream cars, it seems...I drive an Xterra and a C4...lol.

The Xterra was pretty mainstream for several years. They were everywhere, at least around here.

They have become more popular, but in the beginning especially many people thought the xterras were ugly. I like the rugged nature of it.
