I don't know what it was doing in Denver on July 4, but the El Kalah "Wreckers" evidently use this 1936 White ex-Yellowstone National Park bus for parades, events and ambassador work.

I just saw that on display in one of my ragazines. I like it. Oops not that one but a National Park bus that looks a lot like it. Sept 2011 Car Craft Mag pg 78.

I've seen some nifty milk trucks and a big late 40's truck that was heavily modded. I asked the guy about his truck and like many hot rod guys, he quickly let me know it was for sale for the right price.

He said he road one just like it (short one). Foose did put the name of John's school on the side. But this one's probably a bit faster than the one John rode to school in. Attach file: bus.jpg (0.00 KB) |

There were a bunch built as tour buses in the thirties. Saw one for Yellowstone Park. But I thought it was at the museum in Cody, WY |

Yes they are a very dedicated group.
It's all about kids. My Dad is a Shriner, and maybe someday me. Until then, I give to the local chapter when ever I can. |

It was Imperial Shrine convention. Competitions of every kind,
parades, motor corp, clowning, oriental bands, & initiation ceremonies. Its the Big One. I didn't go, but a buddy of mine drives a Red Racer with the temple here in Houston. I've been to the Texas Shrine but not Imperial (yet). |
