A rather boring honk, but it should be loud and clear.

It should work with key on or off....

The blame game is alive and well in our nations capital. The time for resolve was yesterday. Our nation fights a tough road ahead and as was noted in tonights sideshow, we must all give up a little. This dog and pony show was created by the very politicians that now point the fingers and don't take the neccessary action to secure the future of this nation. We're on a runaway train. While The House, Senate and President sit in the club car deciding who will take control of the train it barrels full steam ahead. There is a train stop at the end of the line. If things continue as they have in the past, we're in for one hell of a train wreck. I can only pray it takes all the politicians with it.

I saw Jethro Tull in 72 or 73 in the Boston Garden. The more things change the more they remain the same.

Tax and budget relief all in one tidy package.

Here's another trillion that could evaporate in no time flat if a resolution isn't forthcoming. Who do you think would take the hit? Hows your investment potfolio looking this week?

Geithner only told them in January that they needed to raise the debt ceiling. Why rush into anything when there's grandstanding to be done.

Who wants to bet they work diligently and persevere, setting aside any political differences because they are better men than that....all to come up with a solution just minutes before the deadline because they are such monumental and intelligent politicians dedicated to our needs as a nation. Then they'll pat themselves on the back, get drunk, go drive to a motel, and bang some hooker.
