Assuming he's a veteran, he can do whatever he wants to his car. He's earned it as far as I'm concerned. I have a feeling it's kind of a joke anyway.
However, I hate people that can't park in the lines, which affects the way everyone else has to park, and I don't care who does it...they should be more considerate. |
