Good Morning CGs!

Well the cold is supposed to be here today. Yesterday was a very nice day (before the rain at least). Once it started raining, it all went downhill. The temp right now is in the mid 30s and we'll get all the way to 52 today....wow!

I think I mentioned the other day the car is put away to hibernate for the winter...here she sits:



A sad day to park it there, knowing I can't take it out until spring

Ya where did that summer go.....hopefully we get enough open days in the winter that I can get my GS out everynow and then. First I have to take it in and see why its running rough at start up.

Well we are headed to the State Football playoffs today. Its way out west and its supposed to be cold and maybe snowy.....looking forward to that....It will be fun, the kids were excited to get to go especially the seniors. It has been since 03 that we have been to State in football.

It's an overnight trip so I will be maybe checking in or maybe not.

We fed them a big steak dinner, I helped cook up 70 some rib eyes and all the parents brought the rest of the fixens. Ya they ate it all and took the goodies with them.
The team left yesterday and went about half way so as not to be such a long day today. They will come home after the game tonight and will get back in here about 4:30 am.

Happy Friday! Last work day for a while - we're heading up to northern MN tomorrow for a week. A lot of eating and vegetating is on the agenda. And perhaps a nap or two.

Windy,rain showers and cool weather is in the forecast as Frankenstorm passes to the east of Florida. Last night was game night with the neighbors. Dinner and a board game. They're good people and like to chat. Today I'm gonna ..... ...... ..... work on something. It's still in the processsing stage. Have a gureat day everyone.

Good morning guys...Good luck to your guys Marcus. Our boys finished big last night. Last night the weather people said possibility of snow north of us. So guess what i woke up to this morning.......yup, snow covering the ground. Not a lot, but snow none the less. It's not melting away very fast either. 28* right now. Kids are working on their OSHA safety program, so I have a small break.

I must admit, I'm looking forward to the weekend.

Four letter word ...... SNOW ......

Another beautiful 75* fall day here, but that is supposed to change over the weekend to high's in the mid sixties.

My daughter is on her way here to visit friends in Atlanta and spend some time with us.

My son is also on his way here. He graduated from his training class yesterday and got his wings. He is being assigned to flight engineer on the Osprey and will be based in Florida. But first he has to go to New Mexico for six months for his OJT. He will be putting a bunch of miles on his new Mustang.

it actually warmed up a little today. I've been here in the basement working on a couple of computers. I sent out an email to the teachers about 5 minutes ago trying to sell my hand built oak table that I brought back from my daughters' last weekend. Within five minutes I had a call from one of the teachers wanting to buy it. Yea!
