Good Morning Gurus! (And Mojos )

Wow! Frank is done at CF. Feels like a punch in the gut. Their loss....

Snow in Colorado today. Nothing much new here.
Plenty of work for me to do today though, so I best get to it.

Have a great day, guys and gals!

AFAIC, whatever the admins at CF are doing, it's the weirdest thing I have ever witnessed. It is literally a reforming of the site.

It also makes me wonder if sites have a life span. I mean, CF has been up for nearly 10 years. Is that the expected max? Or does it mean that owners/admin change and the new guard must put their print on the site which means flush everyone that doesn't agree with them?

It has been said by many that this place reminds them of CF back in those days. Does that mean that Troy started CF with the same ideals we are starting Guru with? Did he sell his soul for ad revenues? Or was it a more insidious progression?

Otherwise, it's foggy and dreary here... and I have a kickass busy day ahead of me.

Been busy here. Nothing like having your own business. Had to lay a guy off last week due to slow sales. Now the rest of us have to pick up the work (as though I didn't have enough to do!). Oh well, looks like things may be picking up.

Taking a small lunch break to catch up on the forum. Might get a little snow tonight.

Hope everyone has a great day!!

Good Afternoon everyone!
All is well in central Missouri.

Considering it's the middle of January, the weather isn't too bad. Maybe some rain and/or snow tonight. No big storm accumulations expected though.

Has anyone noticed the days getting slightly longer now

Stuck at work here while one member of our group got to go to Macworld. Oh well, maybe next year.

Good afternoon everyone.. Mojo (Frank) sure was a surprise, not a shock.

The Dow is down 22
Nasdaq is down 24
and the S & P is down 7
Gold is down 21. and Oil is down 4.17...at 87.70 little over a week ago, oil hit 100.

The Euro took a hit against the dollar, its about time.

Will do an update tomorrow at 7:30 am

Have a great one. :thumbleft:

Man I am glad today is almost over. Supposed to get ice and sleet tonight so depending on how that pans out will dictate if I have to work or not tomorrow.

In with a few hours to spare. Feeling better though not my best. To many things happening for me to keep up with. Not to many good things more than enough bad. I'm not going to whine though. $#!+ happens. One day at a time.

EHRHH, wife just rear-ended someone. She is fine but the headlight isnt. Bumper in bad shape as well. Damn southern drivers, they slamed on the brakes for no reason and she wasnt following closely at all. Just hit hard enough to screw up the bumper a tad and crack the light

Well I know that but it was the right thing to do to try and catch them. In all honestly I think the rear ending law is the biggest crap law ever invented. Anyway its nothing that cant be fixed. It did push something up or down (hard to tell in the dark) as one side is uneven at the hood. I think its because things got pushed in but I will inspect more tomorrow.

Hey guys, how's it going? Cold here in Maryland, maybe some winter weather tomorow. I hope not. Its been hard to find time to troll the sites during the day at work. I been pretty busy there in the new year.

I did get my head gasket issue figured out last weekend and my new gaskets arrived from Summit today. I went with the .026 gaskets from Mr. Gasket. We'll see how they do. I'll let you know if end up with a steam cleaner. I think it will be ok though.

I'm glad to see that we will be hearing more from Frank, sorry that he is not over there, but that means he can contribute more racing videos here!!

I missed what happened latey at CF, so I'll have to do some catching up.
