Good Morning CGs!

Time to get up and start doing things. Kids have Polish school this morning. Wife is taking them then staying at her mom's for a few hours so I can work on the car. I am going to do a couple easy things to check the fuel pressure. Filter is first but I think my in tank hose from pump to assembly might br swollen. Just a theory right now. I should also wire in a new relay if I get the motivation.

Kids had a good time at the Halloween event last night. It was cold though and they were tired by the end of it.

Morning guys...Slept in a bit. I need to work in the shop, what I need to do is spray some finish. It's cold this morning and it's not supposed to warm up much. Spraying when it's cold doesn't work too well.

Better figure out something. I'll check in later.

Hidey-ho! Time to get serious about packing for an excursion up north. I don't have to worry about packing my golf clubs, since the highs will be 30's and 40's. But the company will be good and we'll eat like pigs.

Tom, just jack-hammer up the floor and install in-floor heating in your shop. That should keep you busy for a few hours ;-)

Very bright and sunshiny out so may be a nice day...I have not looked at the forecast....Wife not feeling well so I'm tiptoeing around trying to stay out of her way...

I think I will dig out the GS today and exercize it a bit. I am not ready to put it away until real winter hits so must get it out as much as possible this fall. It needs an oil change but will wait until the first of the month for that.....10 qts of Mobil 1 will set you back a bit...plus the high end filter....and I pay a bit to use the front end rack downtown....

Huskers play today and I expect a good game from the Gophers....their defense is very good this year so it will be no easy game....but I'm thinking we should pull it out.

Out High School team beat an arch rival last night for the first time in a long time at their house. The other team was ranked higher then us also but we beat them 33-14 to cap an 8-1 season. State Championship playoffs next....

Ok time for breakfast have a good weekend Guru's....

Tinkered with the car all morning. Taking a break so I can run to the parts store for a new fuel pump strainer. As it turns out, the summit fuel gauge I put on the rail was reading about 8 psi low. No kidding. I put a different non-permanent gauge on there and I was reading 38 instead of 30. I tested the summit gauge with my air compressor and got the same results, 8 psi low. Tried to adjust it, no luck. I read online other complaints about the summit gauge being crappy. So it's in the garbage. Got the new fuel filter installed, no change in pressure. Now I'm going to swap out the pump itself with another one I have on the shelf to see if that makes a difference. But I need a new strainer sock so that's next.

Of course the garage door opener broke today, so there is always something!

Uh-Oh.......things not going so well for Husker Nation up in Gopherland....we keep falling into gopher holes....they are kicking our butts on both sides of the ball.....yikes!

OMG.......WTF......the Gophers are our daddy now....geez.....

Been riding all over our part of the state seeing the fall colors, didn't take my car but rose with another. Midway we played musical cars again and I rode with another gal. Both people slung me around turns meant for 25 but taken at 60. Doin it again tomorrow. I was in the yellow car then orange car

Loooooonnnnggg day. Volunteered to help my wife at a Green Day town show (Miami Shores) that ran from 3:00 to 08:00PM. That meant we started loading at 09:30AM and got home tonight at 10:00. I'm beat and through for the day. Made 5 deliveries from the show. I'm enjoying a nice cold NA and trying to figure out what snack might quell my unknown craving. (think it's a pepperoni pizza which I don't have) The pillow, quilt and padded mattress will be most welcome tonight. It's time to look through the snack shelf and see what looks appealing.
