Never caught a CowFish. Are they edible? Did catch a nice Blackin Tuna last week off of Palm Beach. He was gooood!

Can you eat cowfish?They are hard as a rock. Chinese eat them by baking them and eating the insides. I think they have some poisonous parts and must be prepared properly by the chef. So in other words,, No.

Go all the way to Key West? We do a race on the "seven mile bridge" every year, then go to Key West. Great week-end had by all. :thumbleft:
