Morning guys...had the alarm turned off and slept an extra half hour. Going to go do some painting today. My storage shed (on #2 adjacent lot and owned by her), needs some love. Yesterday I scraped about 2 hours on the old paint and got the south side ready to go. It's supposed to be a bit cooler this week, so it makes sense to get it done.

Hidey-ho! Nice and sunny today, and a lot cooler, feels good. The days are getting shorter - only 180 shopping days until Christmas.

Have a good one, yawlz!

Good Morning CGs!

Got started on the tile yesterday morning and then the blade wasn't cooperating. I had a new one, turns out it was a masonry blade not well suited to tile. So I have another one arriving today. Then back to the grindstone.

Hope everyone has a great day!

SEMI-SUNNY & 78 AT 1010 HRS IN THE NATIONS. HUMIDITY OMG,
THE CHEROKEES COULD DO WITHOUT THIS.

GOT MOWER OFF & FIXED & ON, BUT GRASS TOO WET FROM LAST NIGHT'S SHOWER TO MOW. SO SAD---

If you think nobody cares if you’re alive, try missing a couple of car payments.

Good afternoon
Spent the morning at the nursery with an ATT tech getting the phone straightened out. There were multiple issues and fortunately all have been sorted. A really good guy all around took care of our issues outside and inside the box. There were problems with the transmission line, our phone line, a splitter and an alarm connection. 15 y/o stuff with a history of lightning strikes.

Yesterday Sue and I applied the primer coat to the inside of the shed. I took a tip from Don Hall and took it a little further. He suggested adding a little paint from the color of what your painting to the primer. We had the primer tinted the same color as the paint to be applied. Should make for an easier application when I start painting the finish coat later today. Did the same with the outside primer as well but ... that will be another day. Sue is crackin the whip and wants the furniture and other stuff for the shed out of the house. Better get crackin or I'll garner the wrath of Sue.

All I can say is there is never a dull day.

Health mojo sent, Brad. Hope all goes well.

Getting ready to load it in the van. How's that for inspiration? If I didn't have to disassemble half the lawnmower to fix it I would have done it myself. Maybe the shop knows a shortcut or can put it on a lift.

Spent all morning scraping and painting. Got too warm to finish though, another day. Been working on the crib this afternoon, getting closer to start assembling things there.
