SUNNY AND COOL IN THE NATIONS THIS MORNING, THE CHEROKEES ARE HEADING FOR THE LAKES ON MOTHER'S DAY. HAVING NEGLECTED TO GET FLOWERS FOR DARLING WIFE, I GOT UP AT 0530 AND MADE A RUN OVER TO WALMART IN TAHLEQUAH, AND GOT BACK BEFORE SHE WOKE UP. DISASTER AVERTED. MADE AN INTERESTING DISCOVERY, WHEN I TURNED HARVEY'S HEADLIGHTS ON ALL THE DASH LIGHTS WENT OUT. WTF, OVER? THEY CAME BACK ON WHEN THE HEADLIGHTS WERE TURNED OFF. SWITCH PROBLEM??? |

Good morning all!
Happy Mothers Day to all the moms ! The oldest and I are doing the festivities while the missuz sits on the couch today, and I believe a good grass cutting is order as well. Have a good one ! |

Well I did half the lawn yesterday and will get the other half today.....may take the GS into Lincoln later but not much else planned..... I'm bushed and just need a day to hang out and nap....and keep cleaning up the place of course....

Howdy, and Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers out there. We had a good time up visiting my son and his fiance, had brunch up there before heading home today. The estate is looking a bit shaggy, and it looks like it will rain all week, so I'd better get cracking on mowing.

Hey guys...got up late then jumped in the pickup and went over to the 'city'. I took lovely wife out for breakfast, then a little shopping. Back now and watching the game.

WHAT A NICE DAY THIS HAS BEEN.
TOOK DARLING WIFE OUT TO OUR FAVORITE CHINESE PLACE FOR SUPPER. SHE LIKED THE POTTED PLANT I GOT HER THIS MORNING, SHE NEVER KNEW I MADE THE DAWN-PATROL RUN TO TAHLEQUAH ;-) BTW, ON TRIP TO STILLWATER AND BACK HARVEY AVERAGED 28.2 MPG, FOR ABOUT 32O MILES ACCORDING TO THE CAR. |
