Besides the Vette I've got a couple of bikes:

A Suzuki TLR1000-my race bike

A Honda CBR1000RR Repsol Replica-for trackdays and riding

Those are sweet!!!! I have been debating getting one, but I hate other drivers that you have to watch out for. My dad has been in two bad crashes on his harley and both times it was due to an old person pulling in front of him.

It's really got worse on the street the last 3 or 4 years. I started riding in 91 and racing in 92. havn't ever lost the passion for biking!! If ya start do yourself a favor: Take the MSF course, buy the best gear you can,ie...helmet gloves jacket & boots. Use what's left for a bike. Start with something rider friendly, not the newest liter bike, even the 600's are no longer truly beginner bikes. Hate to sound preachy, just don't wanna see ya get a bad start into something as awesome but dangerous as riding bikes! BTW-those 2 bikes I'll never part with!!! My Vette is a keeper too-bought it to make it mine and keep it! Coulda got a new one but it just didn't appeal like what I'm doing with my car.

Man, those are some sweet looking bike. That's something I want to do. I had a bike a long time ago and use to ride pretty hard, but I let someone ride my bike and they tore it up, and he never replaced it. Since then I don't let anyone ride/drive anything I have. I would love to get another bike though.

You can, however, go into the music industry. You'd be decomposing!

Nice rides. I have been riding for about 15 years or so. Latest bike is an 03 v-rod. Had it since new and it is still a blast. No knee draggin, but a nice cruiser.

I rode one not too long ago, decent power and exceptional handling for a cruiser.

My first bike was a CBR600f Hurricane. 1989 model. Pearl with silver and blue. Put 33k miles on it in 6months and traded on a GSX1100F Suzuki! That Honda was a great bike though. My first race was on a 600 Hutticane too!

I had a few bikes quite a while ago (like 86-89). My first real bike was a Yamaha Maxim 750 (I had a suzuki 50cc scooter as a teen in Chicago). I friend of mine wrecked the Yamaha I replaced it with a Kawasaki 600. Got run into a wall with that one (I was really lucky jumped up off the bike and slid in the grass a few feet, the top of the 6' retaining wall was level and grass). Last was a Ninja 600 that I had to lay down when a old lady in a wagon pulled out in front of me.

Left them alone after that and got into sports cars. I almost bought a Ducati 900 while in Italy, I was waiting for the exchange rate to get better but a month before it hit the sweet spot I found and bought the Vette :D

I have a 1986 honda V65magna 5k original miles
and a 1978 suzuki gs1000.
I would love a kawi zzr1200 or the new concours engine with the detuned zx-14 motor.
I had a 95 honda 900RR but I could'nt hack the riding position.I am too short and so are my arms.lol

I'm too old for those types of bikes.
Last time I rode one, 1997, it was a Yamaha FZR600 (or 650) my son had bought for his first bike.He didn't have his cycle license yet, so I rode it home for him. I had a herniated disk in my back when I did it too. Very unconfortable 25 mile ride.

Since then, he got married, and now has two kids.
His tastes in bikes have changed too.
His is on the left, 2007 FLHRKI, mine is on the right , '94 FLSTC.

I don't understand much of that either, but I did have a 74" FXS, 1977, first year for the Low Rider. Big AMF sticker on the fork brace.

FYI who ever notcies, the two pics are taken in the same driveway, about 17 years apart.
Damn, that Blue spruce has really grown.
