Morning guys.... Wha'd you say there Gris? I couldn't hear you.

Pretty chilly start this morning, 17 now, but they are saying upper 50s. Tomorrow the bottom starts to drop out for several days.

Not much on the agenda for today.

I hope everyone has a wonderful day.

OK, YOU'VE PROVOKED ME INTO TELLING MY FAVORITE DEAF JOKE AGAIN.

THREE OLD SOLDIERS OUT WALKING THEIR DOGS, TANKER, CANNON COCKIER, HELICOPTER PILOT.

"IT'S WINDY TODAY", SAYS ONE.
"NO IT'S NOT, IT'S THURSDAY" SAYS ANOTHER.
"ME TOO", SAYS THE THIRD, "LET'S GO GET A BEER".

CLOUDY, COOL, AND DRIPPY HERE, GOT 3/4 INCH OF RAIN LAST NIGHT. THEN THE LIGHTS WENT OUT FOR ABOUT TWO HOURS. MORE JOYS OF COUNTRY LIVING :-)
GOT MY CHRISTMAS HAIRCUT AND ALL GIFTS BOUGHT; IT'S ALL DOWN HILL FROM HERE.

Hahaha!

I like that insurance commercial where they are riding motorcycles and talking/misunderstanding each other.

Sooo Gris... can ya hear me now?

Raining here - again. Just like yesterday and the day before and the day before that. Yet we still have a fire ban in place.

It has been unanimously decided that Christmas dinner will be at our house. Would be nice to have it on Christmas Eve so that I have all day Christmas to clean up the mess.

Don't feel bad Letty. We're also having Christmas Day Dinner from 1-6 PM. Looks to be around 50 of our closest family members and friends. Of course ...... this is Sue's idea. We do it EVERY Christmas Day now.

My aunt and her daughter just moved into a budget fixer upper across town. Thanksgiving was there. House isn't done but done enough. Her other daughter bought it for 27 and spent probably that redoing it. Not a bad little place. This time aunt doesn't want to have it there as she just had foot surgery so she doesn't want the hassle of all the cooking, cleaning and bullcrap. Thanks. I really didn't either but don't mind it being over here. Just didn't want do also know I would have to do everything. Figured it would be a group effort.
