If noone knows, then I guess I'll save up a few more bucks and get the CCs or Cranes. It was just a thought. I have the "do something to the Vette" itch and for 10 or 12 horses I was going to waste an afternoon on it.
Thanks anyway gang.

Damn "Askers" !!!!! wish they'd stop posting this crap.!

I'd call them and ask them. If they hee-haw around the answer, then you'll know for sure to steer clear. I'd be afraid they were Proforms or some other Chinese junk.

I have summit 1.6 rockers on my L98 engine. I have had good luck with them. I actually didn't know I had to remove the drip tabs from the valve covers when I installed them. The drip tabs broke off and wedged between the rocker nut and the top of the rocker arm slot. When I fired it up it instantly bent all of my pushrods (some of them really bad, kind of like a big fishing hook) and 1/2 of my rocker studs. A few of the pushrods were so bad I almost couldn't get them up out of the heads. I bent the studs back straight, put in new pushrods, and cleaned the pieces of aluminum out of the heads. There are a few little nicks on the rockers where the drip tabs got pinched, other than that they are as good as new. I can't believe none of them broke. I also can't believe none of the lifters got trashed.

I used Comp Cams 1.6's, they worked fine in my crossfire motor

If it is I would give them a try. I've only heard good things about Scorpion.

Call Scorpion and ask them OR just buy Scorpion. They are decent rockers.

I went with the Chrome MOlly ones since they are stronger. The comp pro mags....but they are more money than aluminum.
