Over the next couple days, i will try to channel some good energy your way mate, by monday, you will feel almost fully healed. You have to believe in it though, or it wont work.

Colds suck. I hope you got a good nights rest and feel better for it.

I slept well. I am still achy, tho... the weirdest part? My skin hurts!!! just about any part of me is sensative to the touch. Wacky.

My abs are tight, from all the coughing.

Generally icky feeling... but I do feel better. I think another day of lazy rest and I will be back to 100%.

I truly feel your pain right now. I am so jacked up its not even funny...well maybe it is. I went to the DR and they only gave me sutifed and muscenix which dont help much at all. Why do they always want to give you the weak crap when they can clearly see you need stronger stuff? Plus I told him I was already on sutifed

It sounds like you have a cold severe enough to be considered the flu. I like good old aspirin for the achy-ness, expectorants and/or decongestants as needed and some good knock-out stuff like Nyquil at night to make sure that the much needed rest is obtained.

The chest part has REALLY cleared up. Seriously so.

I can't do nyquil... that mixture amps me up!!! Wacky, I know....

I have been sleeping just fine, really. I was only woken once in the night, otherwise, I was out out out.

I much prefer natural treatment... I have been drinking lots of water, to keep my throat clear and overall hydration up. I am now sucking down on a pepsi with an airborne dropped in it! Thems some serious vitamins!

My ass has been dragging all day. It is 9:00pm on Saturday and I am heading to bed. Been tired all day. Not sick though.

the cough is clearing... my head is still heavy... waiting for the rest of this to burn itself out.

Jaeger is my "drug" of choice. Does wonders for a sore throat.

Your pharmcist is right on. My mom used to give that to us when we were kids, called it a 'Hot Toddy'. I haven't had it in years because I don't keep whiskey in the house (don't like it much).

I am about better now... I have not had a bug like this one... I am still weak, believe it or not. I don't have any endurance... Infact, I am heading to bed.

This was not a cold... it was the flu... how I functioned is beyond me... My appetite is coming back, too.

All in all, thank God this one is gone... I won't miss it one damned bit.

Glad to hear it man! Entire schools are closing here due to flu. 40% attendance rates. So they are just shutting down, and doing a thorough cleaning.
