Good morning Gris. Yes it was an unfortunate accidental find, although unfortunate. I will be glad to have it removed but I am worried. Not how I wanted my summer to start off.
Have a pile waiting on me at work and more coming so I best get at it. I'll be here today and half day tomorrow then every day next two weeks. Week of surgery I'll be in here Monday and half of Tuesday then go home and get my poop in a group.

warm and breezy here again today... high of 85 I think... it is so dry here.... I have been watering up the lawn for awhile now..... chance of rain this week...

Letty you would enjoy what we have been doing the last few days. I am unpacking all of my Mom's old glassware and such much of it handed down from the 1800's.... I will send you a pic of some of it....still got boxes to go.... it has been in storage for years.

Great day here weather-wise, should be 80 this afternoon. Drove the Corvette to work. Still haven't gotten word yet on when to drop it off.

Drove the TA yesterday which was a nice treat. Hope to work on the Camaro a little later.

Dodged a bullet by about 50 miles. Ft Lauderdale got hammered in many places. 20+ inches of rain in some locations was not uncommon. Airport is shut down. I feel for them. I really do know what it's like. Sadly, if you don't have flood insurance and have damage, you are f@(%ed.

Hey guys, Up early today and off on a 4 hours drive (in James) to Wichita to see an orthopedic Doctor about my shoulders. X-rays showed no real damage and the Doc said "I think we can get you feeling like normal with a couple of shots." So the PA came in and instructed me in what was going to happen and that it 'might hurt some'. Never felt much of anything...not even the 6" long needle he stuck in my left shoulder. Have to admit, both feel better tonight. Doc said he wanted to see me in about three weeks to check on my progress. He said He'd be out here in three weeks to attend our high school Rodeo and he wants me to come out during it so he can take a look at them and see how they are getting along and save me another trip to Wichita.... I'm thinking maybe I've been blessed with some really great doctors lately.

Speaking of that, next Monday we are taking GDD (and GS and GD-in-law) to KC to see the surgical team to determine time and details of her next surgery.

Rosies' dad is NOT doing well at the rest home. His mind is pretty gone, hallucinations, and being pretty belligerent. All he wants is to go home, or else he'll jump out of the window. Rosie is going to see him tomorrow and we will stop to see him Monday on our way to KC.

Enough from me. Tommy, we would take SOME of that rain. Marc, what are you guys going to do with all those 'treasures'? Letty, I'm thinking that it was a FORTUNATE accidental find. Not something that you want to find, but catching it as early as possible is fortunate.

Marcus that was some cool stuff you had! Glad you dodged the mess Tommy I can’t imagine 20” of rain anywhere at one time. Dang. Storms due here Saturday night , “severe weather” are two words I’m sick of hearing. I keep getting weather reports from Florida flooding too.
Tee it was a fortunate but bad find. I do believe God put me where I needed to be. Urgent care closed so had to see Er and then was motivated to refuse X-rays and ask for scan. Hip pain just happened to cause me to seek treatment and I never go to the ER
