Got sidetracked, sunny and cold this morning, 16 right now headed toward the low egos today.

Quality time with family. #1 has all the kids home to watch GD and GS in play. It was a good play, and most are going back tonight to watch the last night. I don’t feel the need to go again, so I’ll stay home with the dogs.

They are all going out this morning, Rosie and #3 are going shopping, #1 and her girls are going out for brunch, #1s hubby going to work out, so I’m here by myself.

I trust all of you will have a great day.

Morning TBee.... how is everything healing up? got back from western Nebraska last night at around 8... first part of the journey was in a blizzard with ice packed roads and my pickup had about a thousand pounds of ice built up on it by the time I made it to Ogallala.... I80 was wet but open and when I hit North Platte there was no snow and road was dry.... dat's why I gotta have the 4x4's ya...

got some projects today as it is sunny and bright... first one is cleaning up the truck before all that brown ice falls off in our driveway....

Warm weather coming Guru's.... we must rejoice....

My new scars I have on my back and shoulder will need a better story than just skin cancer removal. I was thinking along the lines of attacked by a maniac with a machete. Or hit with a sharp peice of metal that fell off a plane. Sugestions anyone. One guy we knew as kids that had lost a finger told us he lost it from a monkey bite.

Tommy tell em it's those gators that you wrestle outta your ponds trying to save your fish. Giant ones, that even stand up on their hind two legs. Glad the finger is showing signs of improvement tee, that still makes me cringe to think about, glad it wasn't worse.
Sunny here today and I'm still sleepy. Slept good but could still be in there at it. 31 right now, not sure why it can't be 67 like it was when I was at work. Hoping I can go pick up my deer today, place is closed for season and I never heard from them regarding dropoff end of January. They did this last time too, then claimed they had wrong phone number, again, and I'll probably end up with some one else's bambi like last time. Got tenderloins the size of quarters before knowin full well the deer they were given was an 8 point buck. I happen to like their snack sticks and such but next time I'll just process it myself here at the house. Speaking of meat, grocery store by house also has whole beef filets for $8/lb so may head up there for a couple of those too while I"m at it if this dude ever gets back in touch with me.

Good Afternoon CGs!

Cooled off here again, low 20s today and it feels like it.

RR#2 had a band solo contest this morning at school. It's a district wide deal. He played well (parents can sit in) and he got first class so he was happy. Both kids are there now helping out for the afternoon to get their service hours.

Hope everyone has a great day!

I saw Led Zeppelin in 72 and 73 in the Boston Garden. In 72 we charged the stage and was right up front. I couldn't hear anything normally for 2 days after the concert. I think those were the best concerts I have ever been to and I've been to a lot. Still going. "Long live rock and roll."

HOME AGAIN, FIVE HOURS WINDSHELD TIME, TWO HOUR SERVICE.
GLAD WE WENT. SEEMS THE LONG DELAY WAS DUE TO GETTING THE GRANDKIDS IN FROM AROUND AND ABOUT. WE WERE FRIENDS SINCE THE NINTH GRADE.
