Well, guess I got to kick it off again. Not much new other than the mouse is still in the house. Going to lay some floor tonight and high chance of rain tonight.

Have you tried a non-traditional mouse trap? A "glue" trap?
They work great....don't ask me how I know.

I had the best luck with some peanut butter on one of the old-fashioned traps. I tried the newer "humane" traps with no luck at all.

Maybe some cheese - that has worked for me, too. You must have some high-brow cuisine mice :-P

Why don't you add some toast with that combination and make it "a lunch".

Had my 4 wisdom teeth extracted yesterday morning. I bled for a good 3 hours. Surgery took 20 minutes EXCEPT I had a panic attack while getting the shots. They hooked me up to oxygen to help me calm down, then I went back on the NOS and it was all fine. I stayed awake during it. It wasnt bad at all. I had nitrous oxide and novacaine and some numbing jelly. Couldnt feel my mouth from 10:30 till 5:00. Ate food a hour after I got them pulled. Mmm cheeseburger. Had spaghetti last night and BLT today. My cheeks are swollen and I am sore but the surgeon was really good, very nice and patient, and did a overall good job. He asked me to come back in 1 week for a check up. My mouth feels weird. i can feel the sockets. I had a stitch put in each one but it still feels open. The first guy I went to that told me I had a big chance of being numb on the lower/lip chin for life was a nutcase!!! This guy told me I had a average(1%) chance but I feel fine other than the sorness in the sockets. Nothing else is new.

My little houseguests always went for a piece of Reeses Cup. The chocolate & peanut buter combo is a killer.

Good morning CGs!

Seems like everyone was up and about well before me today. I went yesterday afternoon with my buddy and a couple other guys jetskiing. Water was at least 85 degrees and air temps were great. Took out the tube and had fun with that, too. After that we went to a local bar/restaurant for some dinner and just chilled out for a while. Great way to spend an afternoon, but I didn't get home until about 11:30 and I was whipped.

Don't know what the plans are for today. I know that the wife and I are having a little "date" and going to see a movie later. We'll drop the rugrat off at grandma's house and we're free and clear for a couple of hours.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

Best of luck healing, NC Kid! I need to have mine out. Shoulda had it done many years ago. I hear the longer you wait, the worse it is. So I may just keep mine...

How's the wife, Tommy?

Matt, are you still doing your killer workout? Going OK?

Nothing new here. Busy day, scattered brain,

I hope I get to keep my job. I really want a motorcycle... And keeping my house would be alright.

I keep thinking about painting my Vette silver or dark metallic blue. I suppose that is sacrilegious with a Ruby... I probly wouldn't do it. But I think about it every once in awhile. Not that I don't love the color. I'm just a little funny about interior the same color as the exterior some days.

The cue ball shift knob is starting to grow on me, though. Good thing the shift pattern is on the top of the ball, otherwise, who knows how many shifts I'd screw up!

Have a good'un!

Somehow I feel I was misquoted LOL.

Chris - yeah, still doing it, but my eating has been crappy lately. Been busy with the work schedule and the baby, so my diet suffers. Workouts are coming along though. Notice a lot more definition in some of the muscles that get neglected from just regular lifting. I'm almost at the 60 day mark. It's a 90 day program, and I'm ready for it to be over, lol. I want to start lifting heavy again and I can't do that until I finish the program. But there will be some good results by the end. Other than that I read about your weight loss. Congrats on that and keep it up. Throwing the weight training in there 2 days a week will make the losses even greater! Let me know if you have any other questions.

Good to hear!

Some several hours of washing, scrubbing, polishing, waxing and vacuuming, and nearly all evidence of my road trip is gone. I'm ready for a nap :-P

So I dropped off the 91 to get a rear end alignment and the directional fixed. I took the bus home, got another car and ran some errands. I took a nice nap, then the phone rang. Your car is ready. So I walk to the bus stop, ride to the garage and go to pick it up. Total bill $64.25. I get into the car and go to leave and the directional is still whacked. What's up? You didn't fix the directional. Directional? I thought you said differential but everything there was fine. Got on the bus Gus, didn't need to discuss much. That's why I knew my bill was to good to be true. The car should be ready tomorrow.
