Dave Freeman, co-author of "100 Things to Do Before You Die", died after hitting his head in a fall at his home. He was 47 and had done about 50 things.

Was hitting his head on his list?

I've already easily done at least 100 things I shouldn't have. Maybe I should write a book.

Excellent choice Matt

I had already done most of what I cared to do by the time I was 40. Being a heavy drinker at the time gave me the balls to do many things I would have never done sober. Didn't the guy who created the Atkins diet fall on his head too? So much for the diet plan. Athletes with heart attacks, car wrecks, gun incidents.

I think I'm going to go have some bacon,Fritos with guacamole a nice dinner with a Drumstick ice cream for desert. Just as long as I take my Caduet.
