I hate to be "That Guy" (You know, the one who always cries "PHOTOSHOP!") but that picture is a little too pristine to be a traffic camera. The shot looks like it was carefully set up to me. Like maybe it was used in a TV commercial or something.

I was thinking that too, the wheels on both cars looked funny, and looked the same, they just appeared to slide across the screen...
But you can see the reflection of the taxi in the window. I'm not sure what sort of camera would be filming it, the traffic cams are usually overhead on the sign posts. |
