Saw this on the news, so I slipped into Home Depot to check it out.
If anyone needs to replace their cordless drill.

Ryobi 18v. combo kit - $159.00 today, $59.00 on Friday
Includes drill, circular saw, recip saw, charger and 2 batteries.

Note: I'm just going by what was on the news on the price but I'm headed there early Fri. a.m.

I've had a 18v Ryobi for 6 years. I had to get the batteries rebiuld after 4 1/2 years and that cost $52 so this looks like a good deal.

That is a helluva deal - I bought the Ryobi set a few years back and have more than gotten my money's worth. At that price, it's a no-brainer.

Shouldn't have even gone there, cause my little mickey mouse 7.2 Benchtop cordless (K-mart don't ask) still spins like a top.

Something must be wrong with me. This is one black Friday that I have absolutely no interest in shopping. Can't stand the thought of it. I must be sick or somethin....

I could use a new drill tho... I have an 18v the battery is shot.

I abstain from the Black Friday crowd, too. I have done most of my shopping by pointing and clicking for the past several years. That said, I hope tomorrow isn't the washout everybody has been fearing.
