I had to google her :tongue10:

Interesting fact, she drove a corvette....lol:

Quote:
Like most starlets of the time, Lords received a salary for her appearances in X-rated movies and didn't own the rights of those films. According to her autobiography, she made $35,000 as total salary for all of those movies, including the $5,000 she received for her appearance in Penthouse. Most of this money was spent on rent and drugs. It also paid for a black Corvette that her boyfriend later wrecked.

She made a bunch early on... between 15-18... I think her plan was very calculated. She would then reveal she was underage, force the companies to remove them from the shelves, use her new found fame to create a clean image...

Well... it didn't quite work out that way. She made one movie THREE DAYS past her 18th birthday. That one could not get pulled.

She foundered in Hollywood as a real actress and everywhere she went, she was something of a pariah.

I remember once flap, about 10 or so years back, she was on the cover of Muscle mag or something like that. No biggie... no one knew she was a former porn star. The magazine was doing mea culpas and hail Mary's for weeks about that. Personally, I don't see why...

Apparently, to swap from full on XXX porn to mainstream is just damned near impossible. I don't know anyone who has done it.

There is one movie out there called "9 songs." it's about this couple and their relationship and some concert or band thing... I donno... regardless, the movie is NOT porn, yet it has graphic, real intercourse in it. The director was of the mindset that intercourse is not porn if the story justifies it.

The actors are toast.

There is another actress who will more than likely end up in adult films, too... Tiffany Limo. Cute polyneasian girl... she does pretty much anything for anyone. And is rather trashy about it from my observations. Or, at leasts tries to disguise the overt trashy with attempts at artistic interpretation.

Hollywood has its limits apparently... and fucking for fun and profit seems to be it.

Then again, they can excuse Paris Hilton, or Pamela Anderson... or Kim Kardasian(sp)... all of them have been caught doing the nasty... and others have been excommunicated from society because of it. Can you say "double standard?"

There was a new anchor in Philly. Don't remember her name off hand. Rather attractive. Some pics of her in a bikini start raising a stink (some other things happened, but nothing worth firing) and she gets fired.

What about that Venessa Hudgens girl from High School Musical? 17 YO, naked pics, and she walks away clean.

My porno craze was 25 years ago... about the same time she was coming out of the closet as a teenager...

I outgrew the fad... to be honest, if you have seen one porno movie, you have about seen them all. The plot doesn't change much from movie to movie.

I once saw her in a few brief scenes on Married with Children. I saw some of her XXX appearences, I figured she was too young for the job, but cameras do funny things.
