I spoke with Will Barrett the owner of this car, he explained, that on the dyno, at 750 h.p. the car was spinning the tires. it's a bad boy.

It was nice to see in person. Hopefully he will race it someday.

Did you fix your car?

hm... spinning tires on the dyno drum... that's not good.

It also means that the 750hp is simply a best guess estimate. It could be another 100 above that.

I wonder if power has overcome traction re: C4 power handling capacity?

I'm guessing you lay into the pedal nice and smooth on that one.

But you really can't snap the drivetrain if the tires won't hold.

Will, runs street tires, and since the car is rare doesn't put a lot of miles on the car.

yet he told me, 1/3 throttle is about all he gives her,
it will break them loose at 100 mph, in 4th gear.

holy mother of pearl...!!

dyno, at the rear wheel, estimate, is 1000 hp.

( I ran over a 3 inch piece of metal that ruined my tire)

Yet he drove it from Indiana to Houston when he picked it up. Got a ride in it on Saturday before Will left.
