Good Morning CGs!

Well, the last day of the month. How was your July? Did you accomplish everything you wanted to? Any big news come out during the past four weeks?

Last night I got in a quick workout and then planned on tinkering with the neighbor's car. He pulls up in the driveway and I open the hood, get the air filter off, and it starts to rain. First a little, then it pours. For almost an hour. Well, that ended that plan. Instead, we putzed around the garage and cleaned up, rearranged some things. Looks 1000 times better. After that, it was too late to work on the car, so I helped him while he was cutting some boards for a new trellis he is building in his yard. Wife came home and I ate, then we took the baby for about a 45 minute walk. Busy evening overall.

Tonight we are going to see comedian Jeff Dunham. Should be a good time. What's everyone else up to?

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

Happy Friday! It's nice and sunny this morning, so I had to pop the top on the Vette - sure takes a lot of the pain out of the commute.

July sure went by fast - I didn't accomplish much of anything, other than finally getting the car running right. This summer has been amazingly devoid of major projects, but has gone by way too quickly. No big weekend plans, other than to start packing for our trip - we head to Colorado on Wednesday morning for the annual cyberjammer's get-together. I think we're going to take the Jeep instead of the Vette, as my wife can't drive the Vette, and it would be nice for her to have a car at her disposal.

I had to laugh this morning - saw a Marty Feldman fan, a pickup truck with the license plate "ABYNRML" - LMAO!

Hope everyone has clear sailing into the weekend!

Morning guys. The wife has a meeting, so I have the boys by myself again today, at least until she gets home. I don't have much on my agenda. Love Mart Feldman.

Good Morning Gurus!

July... Too hot almost every damn day. Didn't drive the Vette once. Kept busy with work. Prepared my daughter to leave for college. Next Sunday is the big day.

Supposed to be hot here again today, which is AWESOME, because I'll be shooting a commercial for a roofing company. Nothing like roofing on a hot day. Been there, done that.

I'm ready for fall and football.

Where in Colorado will you be, Brad?

Chris, where's your daughter going to school? Yea, I'll be headed for the mountains next Sunday. I'll be going south of you though, Chris. We are going out to Pagosa Springs, we have a time-share there.

Estes Park - the guy who's hosting it rented part of a YMCA camp. Never been there, but I hear it's really pretty country.

Good afternoon, Gurus!

It's been a busy day so far, and I'll be working this weekend. Found out that a training I'm conducting next week is going to have about 45 students instead of the 20-25 that I was expecting. That changes the game a little bit.

It's been a busy July as a whole, and doesn't really look to let up. I've got a couple big projects starting in the fall.

Happy Friday!

Brad, Estes Park will not disappoint. But you may find yourself wishing you had the Vette for part of the trip.

Only been to Pagosa Springs once on a motorcycle ride. Pretty country out there too.

Daughter is going to Mesa State in Grand Junction, CO. They have an excellent theater dept. I guess. My daughter is a Drama Geek. It was her first choice for a college, and not super expensive, thank goodness.

Oh! BTW, I do NOT recommend wearing slip-on Vans skateboarding shoes if you will be spending a few hours on a sloped roof. I need to sit on my arse for a couple hours...

When Tommy was walking downtown he put a quarter in a bum's cup. The bum said "thank you, sir, you're sui generis"
