Contractors working on the new local housing development cut through the phone lines so I've been missing for a few days. Did you miss me?

Really slept in, well, for me…9:30. Nothing really planned for today. Supposed to warm up some today, into the 50s. Sun is shining and light breezes.

That’s all I got.

Hey guys, slept in this morning. Chilly but sunny. Took Rosie to Kohls to shop. Then off to the other daughters place. I hit a couple woodworking stores and bought a couple things I can use. Tonight we go to the high school play GD #3 has the lead in. It also happens to be her birthday today, 17th. GD#1 & 2 also came home from their colleges to hit the play as well. So the whole family will be going..

Good afternoon, sunny here but only 50. Can't be 70 and sunny on my day off, that would go against all that is right in the world. Went to an appointment around 9 then ran around town , was just nice to be out. Hit the gym and then kroger and came back home, not much happening here.

Happy Friday CGs!

It's cold here. We got a dusting of snow last night but the sun is out now and most of it is gone.

I have plans this afternoon to volunteer at the middle school. The wife was responsible for that but I don't mind.

Time to get the kids from school.

Hope everyone has a great day!

A PRETTY MORNING BUT COLD, 30 ON THE FRONT PORCH, SUN IS SHINING :-) THE PREDICTED HIGH IS 45, LESS THAN I'D LIKE.

NOT MUCH ON THE AGENDA TODAY, SUPPOSED TO GO TO MUSKOGEE TO GET MY BLOOD SUGAR CHECKED. MAY GO BY AND SEE IF THE NEW WRENCHMISTER GOT THE COMPUTER BRACKET FOR THE BUMBLEBEE. DAMN PLASTIC PARTS DON'T LAST.

QUESTION OF THE DAY: HOW DO DOGS TELL TIME? TROUBLE IS MOST ALWAYS SITTING AT THE GATE AT FEEDING TIME. STOMACH CLOCK? HE DOESN'T HAVE A WATCH---

Hey guys, over in the ‘city’ awaiting GD in law to come home from work so we can get on the road to KC. Roads over here weren’t bad and it has warmed a little and even the roads in town are melting off some. Been looking at the maps of the roads and most are getting back to near normal so will head to KC on our normal route. Was thinking about taking a south route to miss the nasty roads. But as late as we are getting away, we should be alright.

I don’t even want to get started on all the BS going on…

...well we woke up to 8" of snow blowing around in drifts... and its still snowing now... I did get out with the Toro Snow Boss and get the driveway cleared out but may have to take another run at it if this keeps up....

That is well put Gris... I may have to quote you on that.. if I may..... Do not forget that the majority of the people do not want what is being jammed down their throats. What they have that we don't is the Media to tell us what we should consider normal or not.... AOC has the power of the media behind her, not the majority of the people....

In my world out here things are still close to normal as far as how we live our lives.... so keep the faith Guru's God is still in charge....

Be patient and wait for the Lord to act; do not be worried about those who prosper or those who succeed in their evil plans. Psalms 37:7

good morning Gris, yes we got hammered last night - all night with rain, wind, some got huge hail, tornado watches from 10pm to 5am, then it was extended. Did some garage and shop rearranging last night to accommodate the truck, bikes, rover and such. We got the least amount of it but we still got plenty. Not sure what rain gauges say but it was a lot. Trying to clear off now, system started moving out around 9. Cold coming. This is our "third winter" according to the Arkansas weather charts.
I too am sick of all the division and bs in our society and government. And, sick to death of those like AOC who can't leave our crap alone. She needs to GTFO already.
Slow day at the office and I'm allright with it. Not much sleep last night due to storms and the night before woke up way too early so was lacking sleep. Ready for a nap already.

CLOUDY, COLD, WINDY THIS MORNING, 36 ON THE FRONT PORCH HEADED FOR A SIZZLING 38 :-( THUNDER AND LIGHTING LAST NIGHT LEFT A QUARTER INCH OF RAIN. RADAR LOOKS LIKE LETTY IS GETTING THE SAME SYSTEM NOW.

HEART FOLLOW UP WENT WELL, THOUGHT IT WOULD BE THE LAST, BUT THEY WANT ME TO COME BACK IN A YEAR???. TO SEE IF I'M STILL ALIVE, MAYBE? DID GET OFF THE BLOOD-THINNER, SO I CAN GO BACK TO MY TWO ASPIRIN A NIGHT FOR ARTHRITIS. I HAVE BEEN MORE CONTENT WITH THESE FOLKS THAN ANY MEDICAL OUTFIT I'VE HAD TO DEAL WITH. AMONG OTHER THINGS, THEY DON'T KEEP YOU WAITING :-)

NOTHING ON THE AGENDA TODAY, MAY GO OVER TO MUSKOGEE AND SEE ABOUT SOME FRONT END WORK ON THE TRUCK, SACRIFICE ONE NAP.

IT’S GETTING HARDER AND HARDER TO AVOID BLASPHEME IN THE NEW, IMPROVED POLYTHEISTIC AMERICA. THERE’S THE SACRED MINORITY, THE SACRED DISEASE, SEVERAL SACRED SEX PERVERSIONS, NONE OF WHICH MAY BE SLIGHTED IN ANY WAY. THEN THERE ARE THE GODS OF GLOBAL WARMING THAT DEMAND THE SACRIFICE OF YOUR GAS STOVES AND INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINES.

Good Evening CGs!

Hope everyone had a good Valentine's day.

I've been itching to work on the Camaro but the weather isn't cooperating too much. Not much room in the garage right now so I need to be able to pull the car in and out. So instead I bought a bunch of new parts on the internet. It's an illness.

Hope everyone had a great day!

Good morning, sunny and weirdly warm here, rained during the night. Supposed to have storms and a possible nader tonight. Why always in the middle of the night?
Doc appt at 2, just cancelled, he's out sick. Fine with me I didn't feel like going anyway. Up at 5am for no apparent reason, just as soon go home after work and go to bed.
Hope everyone had a good VD and wives are happy.

Morning guys...We are under a Winter Storm WARNING. Nothing yet, but they promise it is coming. Rosie is supposed to go over to the 'city' to watch GGD, she should be able to get there without issue. But I'm concerned about her return trip, mid afternoon.

They have called school off due to the impending weather. I might call and get my GS to help me in the shop.

Supposed to go to KC tomorrow...we'll see how that works out.

GOT WHAT SHOULD BE MY LAST APPOINTMENT WITH THE CARDIAC FOLKS TODAY, BE GLAD TO GET THAT OVER WITH.

Good morning, Happy Valentine's Day~
Ugly outside this morning, rain due in with bad storms that were supposed to be tomorrow, now delayed to Thursday. I'm sick of living here.
Already have a few things lined up at the office, and not enough sleep to tackle it.
Y'all have a good day

Morning guys... We were up early yesterday and on the road to Wichita. A couple stops along the way and still there about 20 minutes early of the appt time. They actually called her in early.

Dr was so tickled at the repair he was almost dancing. When they came out, it was 10 minutes earlier than the appt time, so we were back on the road home early. 4 hours driving to get there 20 minutes at the office and 4 hours back home.

Weather was nice, albeit a bit breezy, yesterday. Today more of the same.

I have a couple people to go see today about some small jobs. Also need to separate cabinet parts that came in as well. I hope, all of you, have a great day.

RAINING, WINDY, 54 DEGREES HERE THIS MORNING, THEY SAY IT WILL CLEAR OFF THIS AFTERNOON. THAT WOULD BE NICE.

NOTHING ON THE AGENDA, ANOTHER TWO NAP DAY :-(

Marcus, the engine is a 3ª0. (that's supposed to be three ninety, for some reason in this forum I can't type a nine)
I think this is where it came from

Good morning, Nice gate Tee, always good work.
We got to Missouri around midnight, snuck in and back up at 8 to get fed and Arron and Don start in on the Cobra. He's been stressing all week, couldn't get help to set the body on, so they did that first. Original builder where he bought it put calipers on wrong so that was next to correct then they got busy. 18 hours later with a 2 hour dirt dauber in the fuel line delay later and it was running. Nearly all wiring complete, dash is in, lights on front and rear in and working, it's about to be a car. We got home around 10 last night. He still has a ways to go but he's well far ahead now and should make his car meet by end of March.
Im off today and will be busy holding down my lounge chair.

Nice and cool here. I'll be outside for sure. But then again, I always am.

Thinking about picking up a single new car to replace the others. Sue's 911 is staying right here.

Hey guys, Supper Bowl day.....My supper wasn't so good.....

Up and around normal time. Let dogs out (watching neighbors dogs), feed and give them some attention. Then back home to walk GSs dog, he's been with us since Thursday. Out to the shop to stain some door panels and glue them up.

Got cleaned up and headed south to the casino in Oklahoma...Guymon OK. Put in a $20 and it was gone pretty quick....threw in another $20 and and it went down to around $5, and while I was losing, Rosie put a $10 and proceeded to turn it into $60 then back down to around $40 and decided it was time to grab a bite to eat. The chicken fried steak was pretty bad... After eating went back out and decided to try another machine and turned that $5 into almost $60 then back down to $40 moved back to over $60 and back down to a little over $40 and we decided it was time to head back. Big day tomorrow..... We're not the big money gamblers the rest of you might be.

Need to get up early and take GS, GD-in-law and GGD to Wichita for a post operative check... Have to leave here by 6:45 to get there before 11.

Better hit the sack.

OH, it sounds as though KC must have won the big SUPPER BOWL

Good Afternoon CGs!

Warmer here than usual. It was hard to not drive any of the cars the past couple of days but there is still a good amount of salt dried up on the roads. A few more good rains should take care of that.

Must be a hard choice to sell the cars, Tommy. Are you just downsizing or is there another goal?

Hope everyone has a great day!

Coldish front coming in. 49* predicted for tomorrow morning. Have to provide heat for the tortoises and Sue's fish pond at the nursery. I'm pretty sure this will be the end of the cool weather in South Florida this winter. Have to get the cars ready for sale. Couple of things I need to do to make that happen. Two are ready to go. The 90 Corvette and the 79 928. I'm not fixing anyting on them that's broke. Alarm and stereo issues on the 91 Corvette and a fuel accumulator, fuel filter and interior fan motor on the 83 911. I have to get ready to part with these babes. Going to test the waters at 11,500 for the 90, 18,000 for the pro charged 383 and the 91, 15,000 for the 928, and close to 50k for the 911. Of course there is room for negotiation so we can get what we really want. 10,15,13 and close to 50k. All are running. You can always go down but you can't go up on prices.

SUNNY, COLD, NORTH WIND THIS MORNING, 32 ON THE FRONT PORCH.
52 THE WISHED-FOR HIGH. LOOKS LIKE A PRETTY DAY ON TAP.

NOT MUCH ON THE AGENDA, A TRIP TO WALLYWORLD FOR A VALENTINE GIFT FOR DARLING WIFE, AND PEANUTS FOR ME :-)

OUR OMNISCIENT FEDERAL GOVERNMENT IS NOW GOING TO “IMPROVE” YOUR WASHERS AND REFRIGERATORS. YOU CAN EXPECT SPOILED FOOD AND DINGY CLOTHES. AT A HIGHER INITIAL COST, OF COURSE.
